My Cooking Escapades - Part 3

Not going to office on a Thursday ( especially when the next day is a public holiday) means two things - I get four straight days off from work. The break also means that I have lots of time to think about what recipe I would be learning from my mum next :)

My mum didn't waste anytime what so ever and suggested that I make potato fry for lunch today. Me cooking meant that she could take a break from the kitchen chores too :) Though this dish is an easy one to make, me being me, I managed to make one hell of a mess in the kitchen while I learnt how to 'Cook' :P

Enough of the chit-chat, I'll list down the things required for this tasty and yet easy-to-cook dish.

List of things required(for 4 people):
