Edulix Members Chennai Meet - 2011
I am sure that many of you guys out there who are applying for their Masters (or UG or PhD) program overseas might have plenty of doubts with respect to the application procedure, formalities and university selection and stuff. I also know that you might have heard about one of the Online forums which is at the forefront of assisting students like us - EDULIX.
Things have gotten only better for the students in Chennai. Some of the Edulix members have taken one step further in making stuff easier for us. We all know that Online discussions can never make up for the clarity and information personal interactions provide. Knowing this, these guys from Chennai have decided to organize a get-together sort of thing for Edulix members in Chennai.
What this event is basically going to do is bring the Edulixians even more closer. The meetup has been planned to make sure that we know each other better and help each other with the questions and doubts that we have. This is a great initiative really. What makes it even more special is that its going to be a lunch (or dinner) - discussion kind of meet. So u guys dont have to worry about people going on stage and giving boring lectures and talks that puts us to sleep. I know that u all would have gone through the horror of a lecture in college itself :P
The event has been planned to be at Besant Nagar this coming December 4th. If this is as successful as I hope it to be, I guess it would be a great idea to implement it across all cities. Right now, the location has been decided as Besant Nagar. But the final decision is going to be based on the number of votes garnered through the registration process.
